What method will you be using to pay the non-refundable deposit and the remaing amount?
I understand that the estimate I receive will be based on the choices I have indicated above and that any changes will affect only the remaining cost. I also understand that the estimate received will expire in 30 days from the date it is given and I agree to submit the non-refundable depsoit before the expiration date.
(After your selections have been received, I will send you an estimate with instructions on how to remit your payment via PayPal or where to snail mail a money order or cashier's check. I do not accept personal or business checks.
