Ordering Information:
TOH is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
During the months of May through December, jewelry is constructed on Saturdays, unless other arrangements have been made. Orders placed from January through April will be constructed as soon as possible after the order is received.
There may be an occasional time when I can not process orders as promptly as usual. If this is the case there will be a notice posted on the home page.
(This is a small, family run business and occasionally I will take a day or two off.)
I must have your home address to send your order.
Please use a residential address, not your place of employment - many employers frown on receiving personal mail and may refuse the delivery!
How to order:

The payment method I prefer is Pay Pal. You must first set up your account with them. It's fast, free and secure ! (Your account can only be accessed by you and Pay Pal) Please make sure you register with a valid email address. This is the address I will use to contact you and send confirmation to. You may then use your credit card or bank debit card.
Please do not, at any time, communicate your credit card information to me. Only give that information to PayPal. PayPal works directly with your card issuing establishment. All their transactions are encrypted on their secure server. I never see your credit card information!
Make sure you are on the secure PayPal site - you should see in your address bar the letters " https". The "s" indicates a secure site. (Some browsers also display a locked padlock.)
When your order is complete you will be transferred to the PayPal page. They will notify me when your credit is verified. Your purchases will be sent to you when they have notified me that your payment is secured.You will receive an e-mail at the address you supply confirming your order.
At times, it may be necessary for you to provide us with additional information. I will contact you by e-mail.

If for any reason you do not feel comfortable using this service, you may pay by money order through the mail.
Please go through the checkout process, using your browser's print function, print the shopping cart page AND the payment detail page. The shopping cart page will show the items you would like to order, the payment detail page will show the total cost of the items and the shipping charges and the appropriate sales tax.. Add the items, shipping and tax together to arrive at the total cost of your order. Send both pages to me with your payment.
Please note that this will delay your order somewhat. I will not ship your order until payment has been secured. Make sure you include your name and address and e-mail address. Your order will be shipped when I receive your payment.

Returns :
You may return an item within 90 days of purchase if the item is proven to be faulty. You must email me first and detail the problem. My products are made to last. As with any handmade item they should be handled and treated with reasonable care. For instance, if you pull a necklace with too much force, it may break or a jump ring may pull open. For this reason, you should always use the clasp when putting on or removing a piece of jewelry.
As is the nature of handmade and handcrafted items, there may be slight "variances" in the product. I believe these enhance their uniqueness and in no way compromise their value.
I can not be responsible for items that have been damaged during delivery. Please contact the carrier.
